Update on Resort Amenities as of 9/1/2025: outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are closed. Beach access is available via the public access area adjacent to the resort (see photos of the beach access facility). The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance, but limited parking is available in front of the building. Plenty of parking is also available in the auxiliary parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Parking is 1’st come 1’st served. We cannot guarantee a parking spot. We apologize for the inconveniences presented by the unavailability of the amenities mentioned above and have reduced our nightly rates to reflect these temporary issues.
“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Three elevators, guest coin-operated laundry and ice machine are also only a few steps from your door.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.
The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.
Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Summary: Great weekend stay at Angie and Greg’s property. Was a little hesitant at first because the property reviews for Daytona Beach and Resort Convention Center are not the best. However, this property has individual owners, and this property has owners that truly care about guest experience. The place was really really clean and secure with a special padlock with code. Also, free parking and access to the beach which was beautiful and clean. Great location- grocery store and all yours needs just a walk across the street. We will be back soon. Thank you

Summary: The condo was perfect for us. Third story view of the beach so we could take pictures and walk on the beach every morning. The unit was super clean, decorated nicely and close to many attractions.

Summary: Everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. The only things we wish we had was a working pool and/or beach chairs and an umbrella, although you could rent them for 50/day on the beach. Unfortunately the pool was damaged during the hurricane so there was no access during our stay. Maybe one suggestion I might have would be for the owner to provide these during the stay. Everything else was perfect and we will definitely stay there again. Great walks on the beach every morning and great location. Also, super clean and everything you could ask for in the kitchen…A.

Summary: The area was quiet and there is a fabulous restaurant just across the street along with Publix grocery store. We did have to park across the street but it wasn't a big deal at all and we knew that at booking. Cute condo, perfect for 2. We'll be booking again!
